About LifeHQ
LifeHQ started as one person's attempt to stop keeping a life in six applications that did not talk to each other. The calendar was in one place, the tasks in another, what was owed on a spreadsheet, and the only thing holding it together was remembering to check all of them.
So it became one dashboard that opens on Today. Then it became a platform, because the moment you build a dashboard for yourself you find that everybody wants a slightly different one — and the honest answer to that is not a longer settings page, it is a plugin system.
It is built and run by one person, and it is open about what that means: no support desk, no uptime guarantee, and no pretending a small project is a large company. In exchange, none of it is designed to extract anything from you.
How your data is handled
The short version: no tracking, no analytics following you, nothing sold, and one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not end-to-end encrypted, and the privacy policy says so plainly instead of burying it on the eleventh screen.
